Pay when it’s handled.
You pay for the work Varley does, and only for work you can check. Nothing per seat, and a hand-off to your team is always free.

What counts as a resolution
A resolution is billed when Varley finishes the job itself, end to end, and shows its working: the sources it read, the steps it took. If it hands the conversation to your team, that’s not a resolution, and it costs nothing. If a customer simply goes quiet, that’s not a resolution either. Some agents bill those. Varley doesn’t.

Questions, answered plainly
Is there a per-seat fee?
No. You pay per resolution and per action on the price list above. Hand-offs, rejected actions and failed answers cost nothing.
Where can we use Varley?
In Gmail today. In early access, in the help desk you already run, in your own product through the REST API, and in your own AI agent through MCP.
What about complicated conversations?
One conversation, one resolution, however many tools Varley reads or steps it takes to finish it properly.
Will these prices change?
These are early-access prices, dated above. If a change would increase what you pay per resolution, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, as the definition page promises.
